Lets be honest, house hunting is easily within the top five stressful events that most individuals experience in their lifetime. Couple this with life as a FIFO worker and a high level of exasperation at the state of the Perth property market my partner and I were reaching the end of our tether. It was refreshing to see that from our very first interaction with Marleen she displayed a level of professionalism not often seen within the Real Estate industry. Immediately upon entering the property for the first time Marleen identified that we were serious buyers and was willing to work with us to reach an acceptable price that adequately balanced the requirements of the vendor and buyer. Given my status as a FIFO worker it is difficult to converse during business hours at times and it was great to see that Marleen was willing to work within these limitations. Would I recommend Marleen was an agent in the future? Absolutely and without a doubt. Whilst we don't intend to sell within the near future I will certainly be contacting Marleen at that time to engage her services and would recommend any prospective sellers contact her for an honest and frank appraisal.

Our rprior experience of buying and selling houses was limited and non challenging. This time it was characterised by a long period of marketing with patchy interest and then when a buyer as found there were a multitude of hurdles to clear before the whole process was complete.
