Moving the management of our properties to Marlene has been extremely successful We recently went through a sale process for one of our properties. We had no hesitation in asking Marlene to take on the lead role in preparing the property for sale and then conducting the marketing. Marlene had wide ranging discussions with us about the various options and work that might be required to properly prepare the property for sale. She organised a comprehensive work program to repair, refresh and enhance the property, utilising the excellent tradespeople available to her. As a result, the property presented as outstanding when it did go to market, immediately generating a high level of interest. Once on the market, Marlene worked tirelessly in opening the property, dealing with prospective buyers and their enquiries, and keeping us informed of developments. The eventual auction result was well above our initial expectations, substantially due to Marlene’s invaluable advice and efforts. We consider we are very fortunate to have Marlene as our property manager and now sales representative. Sadil Quinlan are equally fortunate to have Marlene performing this work through their agency.

I originally engaged Marlene to manage my property at the tail end of a leasing. I had been self managing due to a history of lazy and incompetent property managers who never had both mine and the tenants’ best interests at heart. Marlene was a breath of fresh air and made a expertly obtained great outcomes from a troubled tenancy. When I decided to sell that house, Marlene was the obvious choice. I knew she didn’t have as much sales experience as other agents (she is a Property Manager with no equal), but the professional knowledge, attention to detail, people skills and passion she exhibited as Property Manager showed me that she was worth taking a punt on. Marlene’s demonstrates performance as selling agent showed me that my intuition was correct. She helped project manage a range of minor issues that needed to be fixed prior to listing. Her trade connections were excellent. We got the job done as quickly as practicable and the house hit the market in top shape. Marlene worked hard to market the property and engage with potential buyers. She went above and beyond when it came to flexibility. Her market knowledge, liaison skills and negotiation skills were excellent. She showed that she cared as much about buyers’ needs as sellers, without any detriment to her role as the selling agent. The property ended up selling for more than was expected, within a short timeframe and under excellent terms. I’m exceptionally happy with the job Marlene did and the final outcome. I would have no hesitation to use her again as both a property manager and sales agent.

I couldn’t have asked for a better property manager than Marlene, and wish she could manage every property I own, no matter where it is located. She genuinely cares for everyone she works with, be they an owner, tenant, seller or buyer. You cannot go wrong with Marlene, she is fantastic!
