After 20 years of visiting Tuross and renting through Marlise, I finally approached her on the subject of buying a property. Marlise took the time to think about what I wanted . She understood near enough wasn't enough - it had to be perfect. She patiently and with infinite good humour showed me several houses explaining the various rules and regulations if I wanted to renovate or re-build. She knew the area, the views, the weather, the builders, the gardeners and usually, even the neighbours. When I finally found block that was perfect, she was there at the end of every email, phone call and text message, carefully guiding me through the exciting but nerve-wracking process.
