We were looking for an investment property in a rapidly rising market. Marnie kept an eye out for suitable properties for us and advised us quickly of developments with the property we finally purchased. She managed communication with the vendor about the process of purchase we needed to go through (a Trust arrangement was involved), the requirements of the vendor (who wanted to lease back for a time) and assisted in negotiating an acceptable price. She was also helpful in providing market rental information. Net result was we secured a sound investment property for the Trust, paid a price which was acceptable to both the vendor and ourselves, completed the sale agreement in quick time and allowed us to have a tenant from day 1 after settlement. A great result with the vendor and ourselves satisfied with our requirements being met!
