Marnie Petersen joined the Ray White Port Hedland Team in January 2015 as a Sales Representative. In her first month at Ray White Marnie has put two properties under offer including one in her second week. She is excited to be a part of a growing office heading into a new era of real estate. Marnie bring s with her a variety and wealth of real estate experience and knowledge having worked in three previous real estate offices ranging from a fast paced city office to a small regional office, she has also worked in both residential and commercial departments.
Marnie was born in a small country town in South Gippsland named Leongatha and raised in the sleepy seaside town of Inverloch, Victoria. She moved to Port Hedland from Inverloch in January 2014 and had the pleasure of working under Eliza Mearns in the Commercial Department at Crawford Realty for 12 months.
Marnie first joined the Ray White Family in 2012 at the Wantirna branch in Victoria, where she worked as a Sales Assistant to Sue Curry. This role kept Marnie on her toes with a predominantly auction campaign area, she spent her Saturdays racing around the City of Knox setting up open homes and auctions.
Marnie moved back to Inverloch in 2013 and joined the Ray White Phillip Island branch where she was a Personal Assistant to Kristien Formosa the Director of the business. Her role was very dynamic including broadening her sales experience and knowledge, assisting with the office development and mentoring program, attending group training and teaching fellow staff members. In her time at Ray White Phillip Island Marnie got to negotiate her first sale and learn the basics of listing/ appraising/ selling property.
With a high level of customer service and her attention to detail Marnie is looking forward to making herself a household name when it comes to selling property in Hedland.
