I had 4 real estate agents hoping to sell my place. Although I wasn't ready to enter the market, I still required the appraisals. 2 of the agents were contacting weekly even though I said I wasn't ready. Marnie touched base less often having taken on board what I had asked of her. When she did speak to me though, she also asked me about my future plans and budget for said plans. Every so often she would message me with a house to buy within my budget or a house to rent within my budget. Not all the time just once a month or so. After about a month the first 2 agents lost interest and disappeared but Marnie we always there. Not being annoying but meeting my needs as to looking for a future home. I contacted a 3rd agent in this time who had me sold on the sale, paperwork started in one afternoon. He touched base a couple of days after promising the contracts but then he just disappeared! After getting sick of being stuffed around I realised Marnie was there for me all along not for just the sale but to help me find a new home and so I called her, talked some figures and agreed for her to be our agent. Every step of the way Marnie was informative, kept me in the loop, helped me wherever she could and was understanding, supportive and helpful. She treated me like more than a commission and I am so very thankful I chose her. Top that off with the fact that she got a great price for the house and sold it very quickly. She's a star. As for the other 2 agents, one rang me to brag about the price she was getting for a larger home up the road and how she thought I should be getting more by now (let's call her PS) and the other( Mr McGrath) rang me to say I was making a mistake going to auction and then he tried to undermine my current sale of my new home. I will never do business with that man ever! We bought this home through First National Real Estate and we sold it through them with Marnie. They seem to be a lot more client friendly than the other major players in Mudgee
