Marnie gave great advice in regards what was needed to present the property in the best possible light and we followed this advice and we were very pleased ourselves with the result. After one very well attended open day ( on a wet day) the unit was sold for a great price in 4 days. A great result! I would recommend Marnie to any friends who are selling or buying she is very clear in her advice etc and performs her part of the process very well.

We acquired this property through Applebys 5 years ago and found them good to deal with, they had the sellers interest at heart when we brought so it was in our interests to get them to handle the sale as I knew they would handle the sale correctly.
