Very responsive to emails and calls, and always professional and helpful, which made the purchasing process very smooth. The only aspect that was a slight letdown was settlement. As first home buyers, we were expecting at least a handshake or some acknowledgment to mark such a significant milestone. While we understand that real estate agents ultimately represent and work in the best interests of the sellers, we had hoped for a more personal touch on the day.
