Honest, hard working and effective.
We have been dealing with Martha for almost 30 years since she started Bondi Realty. For all those years we entrusted her and her team to manage the rentals. She was always hard working and demonstrated her effectiveness when she managed rent reviews, negotiated leases as well as taking all the hassle out of repairs etc. They even oversaw renovations to kitchens and bathrooms. So when it came time to sell an apartment we did not contemplate anyone else. She and her team worked out the strategy, sat down with us to agree on the details of the campaign. She communicated throughout the process and best of all closed the sale within a week at a price we were happy with. I have no hesitation recommending Martha and her team!
