Our purchase had initial hiccups and he remained patient and understanding throughout and provided constant contact during the finalisation of going unconditional. When he brought me the buyers final offer, I was pleasantly surprised. I would have been willing to accept a lower offer, but he had talked the buyer up into spending more than they had originally intended to. Very happy with the outcome.
