We would like to thank you for helping us buy our first home! You have been patient, professional and diligent in finding and negotiating a contract on our house. The house is a perfect home for us. We are very pleased with our purchase. Also, thank you for the house warming present! We will be happy to recommend you to anyone. We wish you continued success, good health and happiness…!!!

Great to work with! Provides some great advise and knows the markets and buyers very well. Look forward to using him again soon.

It was a pleasure to have Martin sell our property! He made the whole process easy and stress free and we sold on the first open!! He communication and effort throughout our selling process was excellent. His likable nature puts you at ease both as a vendor and a purchaser. We meet Martin originally when we bought our first home. He is a pleasant change to some of the 'sales people' that you see in this industry.

Martin was approachable, thorough, friendly and above all comprehensive when handling the sale of our house. With his honest attitude he made the process simple and hassle free for us.
