It is true that a buyer does not get help from a seller agent . I had issues with the seller leaving a house in a complete mess, but I didnt get any help from the agent into communicating this to the seller as I was clearly told, the house will be given to me in a clean condition. The carpets were completely dirty, the house was not clean at all, backyard and garage was completely dirty.
