It is true that a buyer does not get help from a seller agent . I had issues with the seller leaving a house in a complete mess, but I didnt get any help from the agent into communicating this to the seller as I was clearly told, the house will be given to me in a clean condition. The carpets were completely dirty, the house was not clean at all, backyard and garage was completely dirty.
As I am from interstate, everything was completed online. Martin was patient and good at his communication, and gave me the confidence that I could trust him. I believed that he genuinely cared about his clients, and that was the most important thing for me. Throughout the process Martin was patient and accommodating. His knowledge and professionalism are a given.
Martin was excellent to deal with, he made the stressful situation of selling much easier to get thru and had a wealth of knowledge to share and secured us an offer above expectations. Cannot recommened him enough!
