Martin was extremely difficult to deal with throughout settlement, he lied on several occasions to make a deal happen. I found Martin to be fake and disinterested. He provided false information in relation to the tenancy agreement that was attached to the property we purchased, lying about the end date of the tenancy on three different occasions. He was also happy to provide keys to us when the property was in shambles. The house had not been cleaned at all and the owners rubbish was left all throughout the property, when this was brought to Martins attention he did not care and asked for us to return the keys rather than seek a solution.
