Martin worked extremely hard & tirelessly to find a buyer for our property in the very trying times and at all times kept my wife & I fully informed as to his progress. He gave us invaluable advice on how to present our property, which we followed to the letter. We listed our property on 28 Feb 2020 and Martin secured a buyer within 2 weeks in a slightly depressed market. Unfortunately it was one day before the Prime Minister's nation wide address of the Covid - 19 pandemic, and as a consequence the offer was withdrawn. The property market subsequently imploded for 2 months as there were no open inspections and hence no buyers, however Martin kept us fully informed on a weekly basis what was happening in the market and his sales strategy to secure a buyer. It was not until mid June that Martin was able to find another buyer with an acceptable offer. Settlement was effected on 10 August 2020. I highly recommend Martin as an outstanding value for money real estate agent who knows the market, knows what buyers want and how much they will pay, and will strive to get the best possible price for your property.

When you have a small property remote from your agents office, you may not necessarily expect great things. Martin and his team however provided excellent service and genuine care for a great result, the level of effort and care was consistent with what I would expect if I was selling something 10 times the value.
