Great communicator and always prepared

This was my first property sale and from the start Martin made things simple. He provided a strategy for getting the property sold quickly for the right price and assisted with organising trades to get the place in a condition for sale. We were a bit unlucky with a couple of contracts falling through but Martin always had a backup strategy in place. He has made this process less stressful with his expertise and personality and got me a price I was happy with for my home.
