Because of his many years experience, Martin was always able to advise on not only the complete sale process, but also any issues that arose both major and minor. For example, he was able to calmly and unemotionally review an offer and advise us to take it, given the market situation. We trusted his judgement and were happy with the outcome. At the other end of the scale, he advised us about what items we could reasonably leave behind; for example, spare tiles. Whatever questions the purchaser raised, Martin had answers that were reasonable and readily accepted by the purchaser.
