Martin recently assisted us with the Marketing & Sale of a Unit in Mantra on View in Surfers.
1. Martin's Market Knowledge, People Communication Skills and Efficiency.
Of course this was done at the highest level, as you would expect from an Experienced, Professional and Successful Real Estate Sales Consultant.
2. What makes Martin significantly different in our opinion, is embedded in the details as follows:
a). His Marketing Campaign was very Clever.
Over the last five (5) or so years, we have regularly checked the For Sale and Sold "realestate.com.au" and "domain.com.au" websites.
If you know the Building that you are buying or selling in, you can carefully check his Contributions and clearly see differences to others.
We don't want to elaborate any further as our statements may compromise his current "Professional Toolbox" advantage. We only noticed this clearly ourselves during his Marketing Campaign.
b). Attention to Detail.
As an Engineer, we would say that the "Devil is in the Details"....
Martin cleverly asked for and researched almost all the information we could provide, as the need arose.
It was obvious from us that he was finding the "Soft" Issues sensitive for the Purchaser, and actively seeking answers from us.
Again, we don't want to elaborate any further, but you could only fully appreciate his "Toolbox of skills" if you were closely involved in the process with him.
c). Email Communication skills.
We are currently overseas, so the only form of practical Communication between us was via Email.
It is a well known fact that Email communication is the worst kind. We did not have the advantage of "Face to Face" meetings or even Telephone Conversations.
His carefully chosen words and no doubt thoroughly thought out Emails, sliced through the Legal and Commercial "haze" for us.
At No time did Martin overload us with Information, but he informed us succinctly at any "Hold Points" in the Process.
Honestly speaking, if there was a Phd available for Real Estate Sales, Martin would easily qualify.
