The reason I only gave three stars for Negotiation is I did not negotiate the deal to buy he property it was don on my behalf buy my accountant. I could not have been happier with the service I had from Martin, I was concerned as waiting for settlement was over the Christmas holidays however when ever I called or emailed Martin I got immediate action. As a first home buyer I was unfamiliar with the process but Martin was always available via phone, email or in the office if I ever wanted to talk about the process. I would have no hesitations in recommending Martin to friends or family.
