Purchasing this property was quite the ordeal. Martin made promises some of which he kept, some he didn't. Towards the end of the purchase Martin was unable to give the time and attention needed to give answers to the questions posed and access to the property at convenient times. Never got a full set of keys and and bedroom curtains were missing on handover. There just seemed to be one crisis after another and he really didn't know the property very well at all. Felt quite betrayed really.

Made selling easy and made the process an easy one. Helped connect me with all the right people I needed to sell and buy. Was amazing service went out of his way for anything we asked. Always was contactable and got back to us with any info and questions we had.

Martin is a wonderful guy who gave us a great buying experience. From the get-go with viewing the house, he was informative and helpful but not pushy, and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Through the offer and contract he was easily reachable, kept everyone in the loop, and as first home-buyers, he helped answer a lot of questions and guide us through the process with advice and recommendations. Lastly, following settlement, Martin was still there for us and going out of his way to help us out (even though his job was technically done) and was an immense help who put in a lot of time when we had experienced a few little hiccups with the house at no fault of his own. Absolutely great guy, sincere and genuine about making people have a good experience - buyer or seller.
