Great communication

Martin was excellent in a challenging market, our house is in a location that offers few buyers and Martin was great with coming up new and ingenious solutions. Throughout the ups and downs of the process Martin's communication was priceless, and he was always willing to sit with us to help calm the nerves. His advice (which we trusted) turned out to be 100% the right thing to do to get the sale. Martin puts a lot of personal effort into his clients and will not mislead you down a wrong path. I highly recommend Martin as an agent and would only use him if I needed one in the future.
