Martin did an excellent marketing campaign for our property. He brought quite a few prospective buyers as a result. He was nice to deal with from beginning to end. We don't know if it was the market in general at this time, with draught looming and low cattle prices. However, we sold for more then $500 000 less than we initially expected to sell for, based on the agents evaluation. The final buyer and his solicitor were very difficult to deal with for Martin and our conveyancer and they did an excellent effort in finalising this deal.
