Going through the process of interviewing and getting appraisals from numerous agents on our property, Martin demonstrated his knowledge and experience with the rural business (being a beef man himself). The key points we found having Martin manage our sale was:- 1. Very easy to work with, provided feed back and most important, he LISTENED. Not a common skill with a lot of agents. 2. Excellent marketing - well above the other agents we spoke to. 3. Always contactable!!! 4. MOST IMPORTANT - Delivered on his appraisal - 30% above the other agents. A big number in today's market. Finally, the smartest thing we could suggest is to at least give Martin a crack at appraising your property. You will be pleasantly surprised.
