Martin started by giving us an appraisal a few months ago. We then signed up with him as we had felt him to be very straight forward and very knowledgeable. He was able to come up with a purchaser within days willing to meet our target price range. Very impressed with the outcome.

I couldn’t have been happier having Martin as my agent for buying my first home.
