Martin and his team at Iris are a small but attentive agency who gave a personal understanding to my situation. Selling a house can often be an emotional experience, and tangled with external impediments. This was my mother's house who sadly passed away. Martin and his team were exceedingly sensitive to my state of mind, which was far more important to me than merely a great sale price... which they also achieved. Actually, I would say it was a completely fair price, both to myself and to the buyer. Martin never pressured me to list the house with his agency which from the first viewing took many months before it was ready in a saleable condition. I appreciated how he stayed in touch, but I never felt pressured. When listing, he was supportive and ethusiastic, helpful and offered fantastic advice. I'm sure my mother who passed away in December 2015 is looking down from her realm beyond with a brief smile for the sale of her beloved house with its beautiful view from the Mountain Top, thinking of all the love she shared with so many family and friends at that blessed spot over many years.
