HIs advice regarding when to list our property was very helpful, and of course none of would have expected Covid to occur. We were thankful that Martin did not pressure us during this time to lower our price, and we were able to make that call when we were ready. His communication to us about our prospective buyer and his confidentiality regarding this interest was much appreciated, as all small communities have a way knowing everything.
