Thank you Martin for your quick response to Stuart's initial call regarding the sale of Akeringa. You did not confuse us with all the legal details which needed to happen, but outlined the process and shouldered any concerns we may have had regarding promotion and advertising. However, we do realize that the property and its excellent location was a great start to the whole process. We appreciated your efficiency and compassion as we submitted the property to new ownership. We both agree that the photographs and the advertising quality was excellent! Well done! Think we are both still in shock over the magnificent result, after investing for so many years.
