Martine was very professional and upfront from the start through to final settlement always making herself available to talk when I had questions. I have bought and sold a few houses over my time and I have never experienced such demanding and picky buyers who wanted everything done for them and more. Martine was able to sort through things and negotiate where the solicitors couldn't. She managed to get me the price I wanted and worked around my availability not hers.
