Marty is an impressive and hard working individual who is determined to stand out in a crowd. His confidence and drive are inspiring. We then met the amazing Lana Samuels who was also outstanding- personable and a powerhouse of organisation, efficiency and class. We were extremely impressed with every step of the process of buying our first house and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I first dealt with Martin and Grace a few years ago for the sale of this property but ended up deciding it was the wrong time for me to proceed, there was no pressure felt for me to proceed at the time either. I then re contacted them when I was ready to put my property on the market because I was so impressed with Martin and Grace. When it came for me to sell, I couldn't have been happier with their level of communication, presentation and follow through from the moment I re engaged them till the day my property was sold at auction (of which I couldn't have been happier with the result). Martin, Grace and Brad and the rest of Wilson Agents worked as a well oiled machine and wouldn't hesitate using them again and recommending them to others. 11/10

Marty and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Grace, Jesse and Marty made the whole process less daunting as a first timer and were really easy to deal with. All of them were really responsive with any questions I had and took time to make sure I understood what was happening as it happened.

A big thank you to to the Wilson team headed by Marty for selling my home. Perserverece and an in depth knowledge of the market resulted in a result we were all pleased with. Our experience with Martin and Grace made a normally tense period manageable with an outcome that met our expectations. Marty and his colleagues provided us with great service overall. Marty is a very enthusiastic and charming man and was excellent at marketing the property, highlighted by his performance on the online video he made and at the auction itself. In this respect he complemented Graeme Wilson's expertise with the media, market knowledge and generally assured nature. Bradley Ward too was a much valued agent, and is to be commended for his initiative in contacting us in the first place. Bradley was always reliable, friendly and uncommonly capable for such a young and relatively inexperienced person. Grace Gill (Lefrancke) provided friendly and reliable assistance. Feedback we received from friends who attended open days was that Marty and his colleagues were friendly and informative. My only gripe was that Marty et al, unilaterally started quoting a price range to interested parties without our prior approval (hence the less than perfect "Negotiation" score above). At $2 million plus this was way below our expectations and may have been seen by interested parties as underquoting (though Marty was quick to point out in his defence that once a number of people had been through the house and he was getting feedback he was citing mid $2 millions to them). As things transpired, we need not have worried, as his performance and advice during the auction produced a result beyond our expectations. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending Martin Fox to anyone contemplating using an agent in St Kilda and surrounding suburbs (or indeed anywhere he might operate).
