I have known Marty from an arms reach relationship for perhaps half of that time, developed further during our association with the Surf Club and a purchase from him. Marty provided sound advice throughout the initial briefings and sale process. He never provided any inflated expectations and over promised. He professionally soothed our expectations often reminded us of the realism that potential buyers would put forward when inspecting our property. We achieved that exact top of asking, had other inflated offers, but with professional consultation in a consultative manner we both agreed to accept the top of asking. Martys buyer achieved every deadline that he stated showing he had done the research to substantiate the buyers credibility before putting the offer in front of us. Martys laid back, no hassling approach can be conceived to be non active/ but I can assure you he proactively found us the correct buyer and did not bother us with submitting unnecessary "hope" offers to make himself look active.
