I met Marty approximately 8 years ago. Marty sold me a property at that time. I have experienced Marty as a vendor and a purchaser. Both experiences have been pleasant. The price Marty achieved for me with the sale of my last property exceeded my expectations. I am very happy that I went with Marty with the management of the sale. over the years other agents have tried to persuade me to sell my property including Marty. Most of them were very pushy and I did not feel comfortable. Marty allowed me to make my own decision in my own time. When I finally decided to sell my property I went straight to Marty. We agreed on terms that both of us were happy with and the sale went forward. The property was sold quickly and at a price I was happy with. I would highly recommend Marty and his team to anybody wanting to sell any property in the area. Marty and his team have excellent local knowledge.
