From the time we saw the property online to making it our home, Marvin helped us at every stage. He showed us the property and all the licences and other documents that came with it. He explained at every step if there was something he had to say and also answered our questions in detail. If there was anything he did not know, he promptly found it out for us. He went out of his way to accommodate all our needs like additional inspections etc we wanted to get done and everything we asked to be fixed before the sale was done.
