Best agent we ever came across

Marvin was recommended by a friend after he successfully sold her unit. I'm very choosy but I know she is too and had put a lot of research into finding the best agent in Brisbane. My partner and I approached Marvin to help us sell his house. Marvin amazed us from day one when he came to our meeting with a market research book on my partner's house. It looked like an official publication! He had many other useful sources of information and many helpful suggestions with how to get the house ready for sale. He continued to impress us with his honesty, integrity, positive outlook, and excellent people skills. We gave him a challenge by leaving him to sell the house while we traveled overseas. And all went so smoothly!! He was always approachable, prompt, easy to get a hold of (even though we weren't in the same time zone!) and always so cheerful! And the same can be said when it came time to sell my unit (except we weren't overseas this time). It was not an easy sale as I was quite particular about the price I wanted, at the same time as the unit market got quieter. He never tried to convince me to drop the price, rather he presented us with market information. Over a number of months, he tirelessly came to inspection after inspection and worked his magic to not only get an offer but nail it too. We feel very lucky to have met Marvin and would never use anyone else to buy or sell property.
