Marvin the Mr. Magic! Never disappointed after teaming up 4 times in 6 years!

This is the fourth time I write a stellar review for Marvin from Arena Property! Could not believe we had bought and sold through Marvin for 4 times since we first met in the mid 2020. In the most recent sale, we were really nervous with the sharp downturn of the market. Marvin walked us through his detailed selling strategy step by step, explained the market changes thoroughly and kept us posted in time after every open house. His great knowledge of the industry and accurate prediction of changes of local market helped us to set a clear goal of the sale. Eventually we managed to sell the property with a fantastic result, given the terrible market for selling. After years of dealing with Marvin, there are two things we found particularly impressive about Marvin: Firstly, we never felt pressured from Marvin to make a rushed decision on buying and selling. Moreover, we never heard Marvin using any cheap sales pitches on his clients to comprise on a deal. Instead, he has always been GENUINE and PROFESSIONAL with all his communication, where we felt being truly understood and respected. The most amazing part of working with Marvin, is to see that how well he recognizes the potential buyers and building great rapports with them. Marvin definitely has his 'magic' to win people over! As we were original buyers from his sale, over the years we have witnessed countless times how well Marvin managed buyers' enquiries and needs after the contract was signed and achieved smooth completions of settlements. Thanks to his tremendous efforts again, we managed to secure an outstanding result from the latest sale (a new suburb record!) We feel very fortunate to meet Marvin and have been trusting Marvin's work whenever we sell our properties. It has always been a great experience with outstanding results. We highly recommend Marvin and his team to anyone who is considering selling or buying properties in Brisbane!
