My first encounter with the team was when I was looking to buy. Marwan was the only local agent that would return my call and follow up. He would follow up after every open home and took the time to understand my current situation. We signed the agreement on Friday, and he sold our house in the middle of the pandemic in stage four lockdown by Monday, not by sheer luck but by following his strategy and leveraging his database of investors. We also got what we were after. I was shocked, but the guy kept his word and got us exactly what we wanted, so do yourself a favour if you're selling and talking to other agents make sure you speak to Marwan and the E-View team as well and see what sets this guy apart from other agents in the local area. If not you're probably selling yourself short and leaving money on the table.
