Mary-Ann was excellent for us. We purchased our home in between deployments. We had 4 days to have our offer accepted, organise and sign finance and all legal documents so we could settle on our home while one of us was away on deployment. Mary-Ann communicated with us the whole way through, was supportive and helped us when we needed information at last minute. Mary-Ann also assisted us with trades persons to help us fix a few things prior to moving into our home. We could not be more thankful for such a smooth process buying our first home (which is often stressful enough). We highly recommend Mary-Ann to anyone, both buying or selling.

We can't put into words how happy we are with the service Mary Ann Morris provides. We interviewed a number of agents and found her approach very transparent and also amazingly effective. Straight after signing we had a photographer taking amazing shots of the place and a for sale sign out side.. on a Wednesday we where online with realestate.com and awaiting our first open home. Mary's preparation and people skills paid off and we actually had an amazing offer on the very same Saturday! Her communication throughout is second to none, every question we asked there was an answer.. even the ones we didn't ask Mary covered. When settlement day came around we had to move out of our house and into another property on the same day, Mary's service didn't stop at the sale she actually loaded her car to help us move!
