From the first interview, Mary was amazing with mum.She was sensitive to the stress of an elderly person reluctantly selling the family home that she has lived in for the past 48 years, the home she and her husband had built and raised a family in. Her consideration and patience with mum was nothing short of incredible, particularly as this was such an overwhelming, difficult and emotional time for mum. Nothing was too much trouble for Mary; patiently explaining in detail all the processes, ensuring mum (and I) understood everything, using language which was clear, keeping us informed with every step, being honest & realistic, friendly with all members of the family, answering every question, responding to every call quickly, and always maintaining her professionalism. Her knowledge of the market and the area was evident throughout, and as a bonus, mum's place sold above the reserve price, and Mary was correct in her predicted price.
