A few weeks later we realised that we needed to consider this a little longer she supported us in our decision and said 'Just come and see me when you are ready'. Late last year we were ready and we again contacted Mary. She was fantastic she gave us advice on how to present the property. We followed her advice and were surprised how greatly it improved the property. Mary had gone to the house when we have been unable to and watered the lawn and tidied up the garden for us - all things we would not have expected an agent to do. Once the house sold she was genuinely thrilled for us and liased with us and the new owners to allow them to have access to the workshop to store items prior to settlement.
