When one decides to put their home on the market it can be an emotional but exciting time. Choosing the right person to look after ones property to get the right price in a timely manner. I had two previous Agents to discuss the best way to market my property but found that they were all about how good they were but I was not convinced so I got Mary-Jane to see what she offered. It did not take me long to see that her approach was all about the seller which I was more comfortable with. I felt very comfortable in handing over my property for her to list. Mary-Jane kept in touch, was so easy to deal with & has lots & lots of tenacity & goes well beyond what was required of her. The property was sold in a timely manner with a good $ result.
