I was impressed with Mary Kahlil in her work in preparing our property for sale. There was a careful consideration made by Mary of the merits of an Auction against just Listing for Sale as it was talked out with care and diligence. The plan to clear the block was a great idea, and then to have the Aerial Photographs taken maximised the benefit had in the land clearing. Initially I thought that there would be little point in getting the Aerial Shot, but I thought in the end that the Aerial Shot was so good that it helped sell the block by getting a lot of interest. The way the this particular Agent obtained active interest from potential buyers finally established a Sell Price well above what we felt that property would bring in.
