Mary served as the listing agent for our recent home purchase, demonstrating impressive professionalism, deep expertise, and a friendly demeanour while promptly addressing all our inquiries with full transparency. She skilfully secured us a sale on a highly sought-after property, and I’d enthusiastically recommend her as an agent.
Mary and her team were very supportive throughout our selling experience. She was easy to contact and always kept us up to date with progress of the sale. The whole process was so easy and simple. Whilst we never actually received what we expected to get from the sale, after due consideration was overall happy with the outcome. Her company also handled the renting of our property prior to selling. Her team were fantastic. William was attentive and did an excellent job of handling our rental. We would highly recommend Mary and her team to handle any rentals or selling of properties. Thank you Mary.
We recently sold our house through Weston’s Real Estate Winston Hills and couldn’t be happier with the process and the result. Mary and the team were most helpful at all times and the result was amazing. She sold our house within one week and at a price we were more than happy with. Weston’s was recommended to us by a friend who was also extremely happy with their result. We would also recommend Mary and the team to anyone thinking of selling. Robert and Rosalie Watkin

The team at Westons and Co provided a truely dedicated and committed experience guiding us through the whole sale process. Their advice in helping prepare for the sale, including simple costs effective improvements proved a master stroke as they sold our property within 7 days of market release. If you are looking a truely dedicated and professional agency, I highly recommend Mary and the team at Westons and Co.
Mary & the team at Westons continue to surpass our expectations even when the bar is initially set high. Mary's knowledge of the Winston Hills locale and surrounding suburbs is distinctly second to none - providing invaluable insights for us to make more informed decisions. She has always been accessible, transparent, honest & prompt with any queries. Having Mary represent the sale of our property has been absolutely effortless and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you!
The moment we met Mary, we knew we’d found the agent for selling our property in Winston Hills. Mary is dedicated, charismatic, professional, empathetic and strategic - all the qualities that we wanted in our agent as we dive into the Sydney / Hills property market. Unlike other agents we’ve met in the past, Mary comes to the table with a strategy that was tailored for us. Mary and her team executed the strategy seamlessly and delivered the results we wanted within 2 weeks of the property being listed. We placed our full trusts in Mary and that was the best decision we made.
Mary was amazing to work with Was transparent about everything Got the deal done Both buy and vendor are extremely happy with outcome
Professional, reliable and always communicate very well. All srptaff Very good, impressive.
From the outset, Mary took a genuine personal interest in our situation with the marketing of our parents' property. Due to her focus solely on the Winston Hills market, her knowledge, insights and contacts provided us with confidence to engage her services. Mary was always approachable throughout the campaign, and we were very satisfied with the sales result after only 2 weeks
Mary and team was professional when we first inspected the property, they answered all the questions we asked about shared more information that we didn't even ask for us to better understand the previous owner and property. They were quick in responding to our emails and phone calls during and after the sale of the property and also provided contact of the local services (handyman, pool services etc.) when we moved in. It was a pleasant experience working with Mary and her team!
