Mary was the selling agent for a house we bought recently and was very professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond and transparent. She was able to broker a sale in a very short space of time for a property that garnered a lot of interest from the market. I would recommend her as an agent to friends and family.

Thank you Mary and your team for the amazing effort to sell my home. It was all done very professionally with a lot of care thrown in. I still can't believe how quickly it all happened.

We can’t recommend Mary Khalil and her team enough! Mary Sold our house in 6 days for an AMAZING price, in a buyers market. This is only something an experienced agent can achieve in todays market, as a house NO longer sells itself for top dollar. Mary always answered all our questions promptly and communicated regularly with us through the process.

Mary operates with professionalism, clear communication and respect. We found her genuinely willing to support us in all aspects of purchasing our property. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We engaged in Mary Khalil after being unsuccessful with the sale of our property with another renowned agency in the area. Mary put us at ease and gave us the confidence to market the property again with a rock solid strategy. She gave us clarity on the situation and shared her own perspectives and experiences with on the prevailing market conditions & gave us ideas to relaunch our property. We are so glad because not only did she deliver a great result but also turned it around in five days time. If you want an agent who is honest, straight forward , confident and open without any hidden agendas and still get your sale across the line, then we would whole heartedly recommend Mary and her team. They are highly professional and result oriented and most importantly deliver what they promise.

It was a pleasure to have Mary handle the sale of our property. From when we sat down to discuss putting our house on the market right through to finding the right buyer, Mary made our experience seamless and stress free. Mary's professional and passionate approach to her job was second to none, her fees were also very competitive and the service outstanding. We highly recommend Mary and her team at Weston’s to anyone considering selling or buying a property.

I never imagined selling a property could be so effortless. Mary & the dream team could not have been more clear communicating where things were at, how they were tracking & negotiating to get us a sale price I didn’t think was possible during a global pandemic. If I jump back into the property game, there won’t ever be another team I’d trust to look after anything for me🙏🏽

My mother was looking to downsize for her new home and we came across the perfect house for her through Westons Real Estate. Mary was accommodating and helpful with our enquiries, and understanding of an elderly lady's concerns. Mary was always honest about all aspects of the process and understood when we needed some grace. We appreciated finding the right house and an agent who looked after my mother while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. Thank you, Mary and the Westons team!

I will introduce it to others if they want to sell their house.

From our first meeting Mary was very enthusiastic about selling our property and gave us a vision of how she would deliver on our agreed price range. This never wavered through the whole sale process even though (as with most sales) a few curve balls were sent our way. Mary was very professional, always available to discuss any issues and, at our request, put us in touch with excellent stylist and trades so our house was well presented to the market. Mary achieved the price we wanted and we were thrilled with the result.

Mary was very helpful right from the start, she kept the communications very clear between the Vendor and was always trying to help with every aspect during the cooling off period. Mary has a very good knowledge of the area and provided insights whilst we were still undecided, but the information enabled us to make an informed decision , thanks to Mary !! Will definitely recommend her and come to her next time around .

Mary was great to work with. She kept me updated all through the sales process. Always professional and very knowledgeable about the market.
