I have bought and sold a lot of real estate in my 75 years but my latest purchase through Chris Couper and Associates was the easiest of all. MaryLou Lloyd and Jemma Knox went to a great effort to ensure my property was the correct one for my disablity. Coming from Brisbane in search of downsizing to Hervey Bay, our daughter had selected a number of houses for us to view and one of them happened to be in the hands of Mary Lou Lloyd. (How lucky were we) We had the privilege of a private viewing, prior to the home being open house on the following Saturday. Mary Lou allowed us time to inspect the house and answered all the questions we had, and and she was not pushy, but gave us time to visit the house a second time and it was a pleasure to meet an estate agent who went out of her way to assist an elderly couple to find a home where they could be close to their family and assisted us with the necessary documents and referred us to a capable building and pest inspector, and always available to answer our questions of things we were unsure about.
