We were disappointed to 'fall short' of 'breaking even' , as the final offer was accepted by us.However the threatened ' market cooling' and house position/aspect on the seventh hole of the golf course, relative to those with water views and the arguable advantage of 'acreage' were significant, in their limitation of buyer- price expectation, in our case.Mary Rowley produced the right buyer at the right time for the apparent market price.
