We found Mary to be very engaged with the task of selling our first and only home of 39 years. She was energetic, thoughtful and professional at all times. She hade a game plan in place and followed it to the end with a few needed tweaks here and there when needed. The end result was a sale within the week especially in this declining market. I did not even have to source anyone else from the first meeting. Over many years I have dealt with many agents that say but don't deliver but nothing near the exemplary service and delivery that Mary provided and that I could trust and have confidence in selling my property. She would always after each inspection call or leave a message about the persons viewing and the feedback from each one that is rare these days from an agent. It was important for me to be able to discuss with Mary our expectations as this was a joint decision with my partner and we felt very comfortable in her advice and listening to our plans for a positive outcome. All our expectations were exceeded and we are now looking forward to our next chapter in our life. Marry is an excellent agent and did an excellent job. But I am not satisfied with Raywhite. During the final inspection, I found a dirty house and rubbish was everywhere in the backyard. I do not think the client needs to ask for a clean before the final inspection.
