Maryam was able to achieve a much higher price than other large agencies who were more interested in underselling and flipping the property as quickly as possible in order to get their commission. My property sold for around $80 k more using Maryam and she also achieved more favorable terms which really surprised me. The marketing was top notch and very professional. Highly recommended.

Maryam Spicer professionalism worked in harmony with Linda Rainsford. It was so lovely to deal with an outstanding pair, who could liaise and co-ordinate the viewings to gain us a prompt sale. Would highly recommend Maryam's services.
