Good property, bouyant market and a great agent. Due to great marketing and timing we had so many people walking through the place at the first open that we were worried we may have to replace the carpet. Maryanne managed to sift through all the potential buyers and get the desired result in a matter of days. Use this agent if you are serious about selling.
