On arriving at our new house following settlement, MaryAnne's consideration was amply demonstrated when she called by to check all was well and she was able to guide us to a local mechanic to fix up a small issue with our car which had developed that morning. We were very happy comfortable with the passion, professionalism portrayed by MaryAnne. By providing a report verbal and/or in person on a weekly basis provided us with confidence to fully support her. The settlement period was between 60-90 days subject to conditions in the contract. The purchase price was a little below listed price but about what we expected.
