We had never really been to S.E. Queensland and were proposing to make one of the biggest changes of our lives. Whilst we had researched online from a distance, when we did finally have the chance to visit the Gold Coast, Mashelle made us feel right at home and was able to share her local knowledge and insights in a very relaxed and comfortable way. Mashelle was gracious, courteous and quite seriously, could not be more willing to help us in any way. Nothing was too much trouble. Since actually settling and arriving in S.E.
