He was totally straight up on all matters including pricing, and I feel like he balanced everyone's needs really well in the buying process. Put it this way, we saw the house for the first time at 9AM and we had an accepted offer done by 4PM, and everyone was very happy. We have gotten to know the vendor after the sale, which is how I know both sides of the deal felt good about Mason. Very professional at all times, but also really easy going. We were new to the area, and he went above and beyond helping us find various services and the like.
